Secretary for Development rules out selling land cheaply

The papers (5.2) in good coverage reported that Secretary for Development Carrie Lam did not rule out the possibility of handing over the unsold land to the Housing Authority (HA) or the HK Housing Society (HKHS) to build public housing units if market response to the 47 sites in the Application List was poor, stressing the Government’s determination not to sell land cheaply.

25 reclamation sites listed for consultation
